Renovating an Apartment
The apartment is recently acquired or in which they lived for several years needs to be renovated. Current trend, the need for change and refreshment really need are all good reasons not to wait and plan the project. But beware, even if the renovation of an apartment is theoretically easier than a house, it must nevertheless stay within the constraints of work in town or those imposed by the condominium rules.

This statement is often true technically, but also administratively. In fact, this work does not require administrative approval official as filing a building permit or prior notification, except in exceptional circumstances such as change of destination in one piece.

On the one hand, the complexity of this type of work will be based on the difficulties of access almost routine for an apartment and the rules of good manners. It will sometimes have to transport materials and equipment by the stairs, the elevator does not always allow, while respecting the cleanliness and the silence of the building.
